My date and I stopped by a neighboring winery and were told that we should stop by for Paul J's opening day. Best wines out of our three day trip! Both of the owners were very nice and knowledgeable, but I have to say that the wines speak for their knowledge. Every wine was a pleasure. I'm not a Chardonnay fan but I loved the bottle we brought back with us, along with the 9 other bottles of the reds. I have to say that Paul J's Camille takes the blue ribbon but the zinfandel is really really yummy. Yes, I know that yummy will be frowned upon in the rarefied air of the vineyard, but yummy it is. Complex nose and pallet too, too many flavors to describe here and even if I did...you still would have to have it in your mouth to even begin to understand why I say that Paul J wines will be my favorite as long as their future vintages are as amazing as their first. Thank you for the pleasure of your wines. I'm on my way back to get another mixed case...if you have any left. Best regards, Kelly Prince

Upon the recommendation of a neighboring winery, a friend and I stopped by a couple of weeks ago. I was totally impressed as so was my friend, with the wines we sampled. There wasn't a wine I didn't like. We were so impressed with the Chardonnay, we both took a bottle home. I also took a bottle of the Barbera and Zin. I have returned to gift the Zin to an out of town associate. Looking forward to the wine club. ~Cheers :)
